Commission is calculated from the actual amount successfully collected from the client. There is no fixed earning limit.

03

How commission works

Clear ownership, payment, and pricing boundaries.

When a client is acquired

  1. You independently identify or reach the prospect.
  2. You initiate or meaningfully facilitate the introduction.
  3. You contribute to developing the business opportunity.
  4. The prospect proceeds with a DesignLab project.
  5. DesignLab receives payment from the client.

Simply providing a business name, page, email, or unqualified contact does not automatically qualify for commission.

When commission is paid

Commission becomes payable once DesignLab receives the corresponding client payment. For installment projects, commission may be released proportionally as payments are successfully collected.

Refunded, cancelled, or unpaid amounts are excluded.

First project policy

The standard 25%–30% applies to the first project from a newly acquired client. Future work normally becomes part of DesignLab's existing client relationship.

Additional referral or recurring arrangements may be agreed separately when the partner remains actively involved.

Existing DesignLab clients

Existing clients, active project discussions, and leads already in DesignLab's sales pipeline generally do not qualify as newly acquired clients.

Any uncertainty around lead ownership should be clarified before the sales process continues.

Project pricing

DesignLab retains responsibility for quotations, pricing, scope, deliverables, revision limits, production timelines, and client agreements.

Partners should not independently promise discounts, pricing, deliverables, or deadlines without DesignLab approval.

06

Why commission-based?

A flexible growth-stage partnership.

DesignLab Creative Studio is currently in its growth stage. Instead of requiring fixed working hours, this arrangement gives both DesignLab and the Client Acquisition Partner flexibility while sharing directly in the value created from successful client acquisition.

You control your own prospecting schedule. When your efforts successfully create new business for DesignLab, you receive a significant percentage of that project's revenue.

As DesignLab builds a more consistent sales pipeline, high-performing partners may also be considered for expanded roles or alternative compensation arrangements.
